Shipping policy

Warm Climate Shipping Requirements

  • For states with warmer climates, $5 flat fee is required to cover ice packs and insulation, , ensuring your items arrive in optimal condition.
  • For certain delicate products, particularly in warm climates, expedited shipping is required. 

Shipping Costs & Times

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by UPS based on the weight of the package and the location of the destination at checkout.

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (no weekend shipments).

  • The shipping options provided at checkout indicate the delivery time after the package leaves our facility. Processing and handling times are separate from shipping time.

  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping dates to ensure product quality. Factors such as weather, product availability, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may impact shipping schedules.

Order Processing 

  • We do not hold orders for future shipping dates. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.

  • We do not ship on specific dates or offer date-specific delivery.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is not recommended due to the nature of our products.

  • International shipping is excluded from all free shipping promotions.

Shipping Limitations

  • Some products cannot be shipped and are ONLY available for in store pickup. This include our Chocolate Covered Fruit and some Large Chocolate Molds. It will be listed in the product information if it cannot be shipped.

  • Products that have alcohol in them can only be shipped in these states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia. It is illegal to try to ship liquor chocolates elsewhere.

  • Shipping is unavailable to PO Boxes.

Customer Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by customers.

  • We are not liable if the recipient has moved, entered an incorrect address, or refuses to accept the package.

Shipping Issues/Damage

  • For any damaged, missing, or melted products, we require photo proof. Without this, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued based on the specific circumstances and supporting information.

Free Shipping

  • Online Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. The total must reach $75 or more for products shipped to a single location.

  • Free shipping does not include the $5 fee of the ice pack/insulation for warmer climates.
  • This promotion is only valid on online orders.

Store Pickup

  • Store pickup is available at all locations. Same day pickup is offered at our Flemington location.
