SHIPPING AND TRACKING
We only ship out through UPS.
Shipping cost is determined by UPS by weight and location at time of checkout. We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. Due to the delicate nature of certain products, consistently warm climates require faster shipping services.
We try to process and ship out packages as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to make executive decisions in regards to shipping date in order to ensure you are receiving the best product possible. Factors that contribute to different shipping dates include: weather, product availability, holidays, and other factors that are out of our control.
Orders do not ship out on weekends. Shipping options only reflect the time the package will take to get there once it has been taken from our facility. Processing and handling times are separate from shipping time.
We send out order confirmation and tracking information once it's shipped through your email. You can check status through order confirmation email and will receive a tracking link through UPS.

We offer free shipping on your entire order if it's $75 or more! This only applies to continental US.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In order to ensure the highest level of excellence, we encourage you to keep your bounty of handcrafted excellence in its original packaging, out of direct sunlight and in a cool place.
The vast majority of the chocolates made in our facility are crafted with simple, high-quality ingredients and will be in an exceptional condition for at least two months from your purchase date.
Chocolate Covered Fresh Fruit is the exception and is best enjoyed the day of purchase or the day after. We always advise our freshly dipped fruit to be kept in the refrigerator.
